现在，公司的律师正在打广告，但是我的职位同时在招人。
马上就要招到的人肯定是 US CITIZEN，
那么我的PERM申请会不会和最近的招聘自相矛盾阿？
求解！
还有，律师说要等30天后才能FILE PERM APPLICATION, 这是问什么？总怕中间出点差

但同时，我们确实在招Analyst 2，在同一个组，职位描述基本完全一样，马上就要找
到的人肯定是ＵＳCitizen。
所以我问这个会不会自相矛盾，对我的PERM 申请有影响。

wait 90 days to restart PERM again.
For your situation, the company actually finds citizen to fill a similar
position of yours. I feel you have to delay to start your PERM ads for
recruit.
In addition, PERM form actually asks the similar questions for this.

Can we delay the job offer date after filling my PERM? Will immigration
audit case like this even after the filling. Because I'd try every means
not to delay my PERM application.

, 还是I40批准阶段需要准备？
主要是针对在某段时间内，没找到US Citizen, 还是针对两个position 要求不同？

不是PERM也会有类似的东西。 如果HR把最近招到和你类似职位的信息提上去， 可能会
对PERM有影响。 我不知道， 只是猜测。

发帖数: 240 | 14 其实我只是想理解清楚其中的程序和具体条例有什么之后，再去问律师。
是File PERM 的时候要求申明是否其他position找到人，或者只是在审核PERM阶段，有
可能查出来，可能性有多高? 然后再和律师商量对策
