/7/10. got a notice RFE.
Before I have applied several AP's and never got this RFE. I'm wondering if
it's because USCIS found out I don't have a job now....
What should I do? really worried now.

发帖数: 10612 | 2 man, this is horrible. what does the RFE say? why do you want AP? why not just get EAD earlier (if you did not)? it looks you made some of the trouble yourself. |

AP before, you must have already submitted 485. So no worry. It should be
yours. The RFE might be photos, or other supporting documents, like copy of
your driver's license. |

I believe you can file new H1B once you find a job.
