According to the two inventory data released in Oct. 1st, 2010 and Jan. 5th
2011, the EB2 priority date before October 2006 only reduced 253 in three
months. Does this mean there are about 500 EB3 converted to EB2? (Assuming
250 Chinese EB2ers to be approved per month). | r****e

1. the numbers are rarely that accurate
2. some EB2 didn't file by last data release date and were filed during this
period
3. some EB3 to EB2 conversions
