可仍然可以用现有的h1b。
可是我现在情况是，h1b三个月前申请了6年以后的延长(因为有pending 485)，目前还
没批下来，但是我h1b六年已经到期了。这种情况用ap入境后还能像出境前一样，继续

leaving the state. If your H1b extension is approved and you subsequently
use AP to come back, it will not affect your H1b status assuming you
continue working for the same employer . But if your H extension is not
approved and come back using the AP, you assumed to abandon your H and
choose to be as a parolee. In that situation, you probably have to file
something to resume the extension filing. |
