If the company pays for it, I'd go for H1B extension. Sometimes, if the
company knows that you have an EAD, they do not want to do H1B for you.

get your Gree Card) and the company pays for H1B extension, then stick with
H1B and don't apply for EAD. But if you are planning to change employers,
then having an EAD is a good backup since a lot of companies are willing to
accept EAD's but not H1B's. |

2006 and Jan 2007, so it's likely you don't get approved at that time. Be
prepared to use your EAD or renew your H-1B. |

with the company? The H-1B extension procedure becomes more complicated now
so some companies may not wish to do that.

板和系里再次给办理H1-b延期了，这样就自己申请一下EAD完事 |
