内等结果,这样可以操作嘛???

After you PD is current, lawyer can help you file I-824 in China, you need
to do medical examination and fingerprint in Guangzhou only, and finally
your GC approved, you need to apply for immigration visa in Guangzhou(
current application fee $750/person). It takes a longer time then I-485
applicants in USA. |

YOu have to pay $1000 minimum time process fee to get your I-140 approved,
if USCIS need Ref after your leaving, it is not good.
After your I-140approved, you need to wait in China for long time until your
PD current.
After you get immigration visa, you can select any US cities,and ocme to US
you can receive GC. |

your case will be denied you do not have any PD.
So you need to wait your case be approved before your leaving.
Now the !-140 case regular process time is 6-12 months, if you pay $1000,
your case can be processed in 2 weeks.
Most emergent things for your is prepare all I-140 documents and file
immediately. |

prepare to file your I-824, filing fee $340, you need go to Guangzhou to get
medical exam.
