What are these people(1022 EB2C? 11866 EB3C?766 EB5C? 350 EB1C?) PD? Why
they choose CP?
CP is Consulate Processing, CP need not file 485, they need file I-824 to
national Visa Center (NVC) only when PD is current, filing fee $320/person,
FP fee $74/person, immigration visa application fee $720/person. They need
get medical examination in a specific hospital in Guangzhou. All pay to
Guangzhou US consulate except I-824 filing fee.
So I think these 11866 EB3C and 1022 EB2C are all PD before summer 2007.
They all filed I-824 to NVC in summer 2007.

485 Pending Inventory没有广州领事馆的数据即CP（Consular Processing)的名额，
中国EB3在2004年前，广州领事馆所批准的EB3会占中国EB3名额的一半多。所以这3400
批准名额中，大部分属于广州。这种状况只有会在2005年后才会好转。

发帖数: 375 | 4 作为以前游说组的“老运动员”，这个我来说几句：
早在3月，我就注意到此事， 我发现DoS公布的demand数据和NVC waitinglist的总数据
（按国家分，但是没有按PD年度区分的inventory)有较大出入，由于我坚持FY2010
下半年的游说合同条款必须有一些数据厘清查证的要求，游说代表在合同签约时也同意，
所以，在5月-6月之间，我一再要求游说领导层把我的要求（就是厘清NVC waitinglist
的inventory）反映给游说代表，让游说代表找老奥和NVC问问清楚，以利我们EBC分析
，结果被游说领导层采用粗暴手法一再阻拦，而这些游说领导层对游说代表在FY2010下
半年的游说合同期间采用“养士”式的处理方式，游说代表在整个下半年的游说合同期间的
主要工作就是排期公布后发email给我们游说组，加起来6，7个email, 已批数据还拿不全，拿走9000刀，连大多数游说志愿者都承认游说工作处于瘫痪状态，我对此很无奈，我没有直接和游说代表通话的权利，只能通过核心层传达，我数次建言被核心层阻挠和打回，我只好在6月宣布离开游说组了。
回到楼主的话题，1022 EB2C and 11866 EB3C list 我估计不是2007 summer 以前的，
是一直到目前的，因为CP和AOS 处理程序不同，但是这个问题本来可以在6月或7月
就弄个大致结果，由于游说组领导层不给力只好作罢。猪坚强在3月就离开游说组了，问他也就是这个猜测的结果。
总之，我作为募捐撰稿人，深知善款来之不易，必须精打细算使用，有的核心志愿者崽卖爷
田不心疼，不督促游说代表履行合同和约定条款，让人痛心，同时，游说代表能量也很有限了，过去无法完整履行合同和约定条款，既然所托非人，
下一个年度的游说合同我就坚决反对。 | s**u
发帖数: 9035 | 5 Definitely not including in every month DOS damand data. USCIS and DOS only
count those waiting in USA, not count who are processed by overseas
Consulate. Only National Visa Center (NVC) knows the total number.
Every month EB2C only has 250 numbers, 80-90% are used by USCIS, 10-20% are
used by US Consulate in Guangzhou. Every month visa number is too limited.
