term, if not you can pay $1000 minimum time process fee, your case can be
precessed in 2 weeks. Hope below link is helpful.

发帖数: 1371 | 9 不是，问lawyer了，说没收到，但是check deposit了。理论上check上面可以看到
receipt
number，但是上面没有。lawyer说最近uscis改了什么lockbox，可能跟这个有关系。

发帖数: 9035 | 10 About PD, PD is your priority date, means USCIS received your I-140 date,
not approved date. If your I-140 was denied, you don't have PD. For Example,
someone submitted EB1b and EB2 NIW on 3/15/2009, after 12 months, her EB2
got approved, 3/15/09 is her EB2 PD, her EB1B was denied, she doesn't have
EB1b PD.

Example,
