Just got a call from attorney that my PERM (EB2B) got audited.
The job ad requires Ph.D., but according to USCIS, the job only needs M.S.
I was asked to provide resumes of other employees in the company with Ph.D.
and their titles/job description. Also need to provide evidence that the
complexity of my job justifies Ph.D.'s requirement.
It's discouraging...How long does i | c****g

very slow, more that 4 month after you got audit... |
