发帖数: 3290 | 2 It varies from person to person. I would say around 90. It will be lower
going up a hill unless you are Lance Armstrong. Even going up a hill, below
80 is not a good sign. But, in many cases, you probably have no choice if
the hill is too steep for you and you don't have the right gear.
On training time, it depends on how fit you are in the two and which sport
is you main focus. If you are equally fit in both, I would say you can
probably train in both with the same amount of time.
No idea about calories.
It is based on my own experience and a very rough estimate. Can be off quite
a bit.
See what others have to say. Or, just do it. It will be clear what is right
for you over time.

那表是咋算的。
另外那帮人动不动400瓦以上实在吓人。

发帖数: 19210 | 4 power wattage要装了power meter才能有数据输出（很多都是用ANT+协议，所以装上后
可以通过Garmin 910XT等读出数据）。
现在市面上有好几种power meter：BB，rear hub，cranks，pedals。
我也还在研究到底上哪种。

his max is about 1400. His other lab data is also poor. More than one person
including one of his coaches once claimed he won't even be able to survive
the pro peloton before he turned pro. Obviously, he did not like the coach.
Had he believed in these person instead of himself, we probably won't even
know the name Cavendish. |

冬天乐，准备好好来个冬训，把基础打好，体重再将20磅
达到理想体重。其实在体育馆里固定自行车比跑步或者椭
圆机稍微好一些，因为不上下起伏，看电视舒服些。
对乐，骑车是要练慢肌肉耐力，像长跑一样，还是要练重
复的SPRINT?

stationary bike上是练不出路感车感的，上路后路面状况变换，不熟悉的话容易出问
题。

发帖数: 2634 | 18 主要是气候每年变化太大，可以六月下雪。我经历过四月底和五月初
的大雪。十月初下雪也很常见，虽然一般到圣诞前才开始积雪不化。
但是泥雪地其实更危险和难受。这里半年雪。另外从一月初到三月底，
几乎天天下雪。滑雪大概是唯一的户外活动。所以要是没有大的变化，
到时候可能越野滑雪。
盼着今年有个冷冬，这样雪少，开车去看小老虎会容易很多。

夏天的假期过完后，我只好回到工作的地方。小老虎和虎妈在
另一个城市，三百多迈远。他都已经能自己走十几米路乐。这
个周末过去抱小老虎，星期一晚上再开回来。
刚才有个同事过来，顺便问起小老虎。答应他这次去拍小老虎
走路的video给他看。他的孙子和小老虎差不多大，也刚刚走
路，video里跌跌撞撞走乐几秒，然后摔倒，特别可爱，跟两
周前的小老虎走路一样。

你要是喜欢上骑车的话，以后可以后面接个trailer，小老虎可以做在里面。然后他再

但是我脚着虎比较对仗。他生下来挺瘦小，但是很
可爱，所以就是小老虎乐。另外老爹是狼，所以他
是虎的话，家里虎狼就全乐。
小虎长得像虎妈，但是在娘胎的时候我就知道他的
脚随我。希望以后运动才能像他爹。他现在走路很
快，有人牵手的时候可以走半迈。上次都快把我腰
累断乐。

真的很羡慕别人一家在一起的天伦之乐，尤其羡慕爸爸骑车
后边拖着个trailer的。上次看小老虎的周末看到好多一家
人一起在郊外公园骑车...
确实正打算换工作。不知道要多久才能找好。
