标 题: 6月17日要去pre-ride Muskoka 70.3 的bike course

90公里。虽然骑车这么多年，这将是我最接近metric century ride的一次。

发帖数: 19210 | 6 Muskoka 70.3 Half Ironman 据(Craig Alexander)说是世界上最难的半铁比赛。
自行车 course profile：
Maximum Elevation - 395m
Minimum Elevation - 287m
Ascending - 359m
Descending - 363m
"I did Steelhead and Muskoka last year. At Steelhead I did the bike
comfortably in 2:48 and then at Muskoka I did an embarassing 3:40 on the
bike. Muskoka is an extremely difficult course for a flat-lander who does
not train on hills a lot. I think that that Craig Alexander called Muskoka
the toughest 70.3 in the world last year when he won. The other problem with
Muskoka is that mid-September in northern Ontario is probably going to be
cold and wet. Since you are in MI I would suggest Steelhead for your first
year of 70.3s. Muskoka is a wonderful race with great atmosphere and
community support, and a beautiful area, but a big challenge."

发帖数: 19210 | 7 本来是94公里的course，结果有两弯转错了，最后骑了98公里。回家把胖妞装trailer里兜了两圈，凑足了100公里，勉强算是骑过（metric）century了。
