i live in south windsor too.
do you have experience in Yoga? I have never tried. I may sign up for a
visit class first.
BTW, community center may have the class too, probably a little cheaper. I
went to their hiphop class this summer, 6 classes $60.
and the instructor has a studio in vernon teaching various dancing.

I've been living there for almost 4 yrs.
Yes, the one in community center is the one. I have been to one yoga class
before, but not with them. It's not too hard. Everyone can practise on their
own strenth. I think it's very good; slow but strong movements, not much
sweating, a lot of balancing and strenching.
The next session will start in early september. let me know if you want to
go too.
