I looked through the text of the bill and didn't find any mentioning of the
state assuming the pension of CPS. Weird.

这个就是现在的经费，能维持现在的学校运转就不错了。
CPS也要CUT，但是，SOUTH COOK COUNTY的经费会增加。CUT的当然是北边的学校。
不过楼主这个贴也不准确。
CHINATOWN很多华人的孩子应该是在被补贴的学校里面。
30几街，40几街都有不少华人。
S ASHLAND and 47th FAIRPLAY超市那一带就不少。我以前做家访护士，去过一些病人
的家。
