Hiring Requirements:
(Minimum bona fide occupational qualifications necessary to perform the job
at a satisfactory level and consistently applied to all incumbents and
applicants.)
Education and Experience:
- Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry with a strong
scientific track record
More than eight years of drug discovery experience (experience in the U.S.
or EU preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Successful track record in synthetic and/or medicinal chemistry
- Ability to operate within aggressive timelines
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical R&D process
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage a fast-growing business
- Flexible and innovative problem solver
