engineering dept is in materials science and engineering category....and....
UMass's PSE dept is in materials science and engineering category....
apparently this ranking weighs more on values per capita...but oftentimes
size really matters...some parameters are meaningless, for example, time to degree, percentage of completion, and percentage new students with full supports...don't know lower is better or higher is better.
