pressure on chemistry graduate students, especially those who're interested
to pursue a career in academic or industrial research.
unfortunately in reality the whole system can't be blown away overnight to
create a new chemist-friendly job market. unless a person is dying to stick
with chemistry research for the entire career, it may be helpful to consider
an alternative career path with the chemistry background and transf
