扩长 can only be achieved by re-scan at a high resolution, if you are talking
about regular films; for images took by digital camera, the trick is a
combination of using image size and many filters in Photoshop, and it is a
just fake "enlarge", the quality of the enlarged image is really depending on
many issues.
