6Sxx. One key observation is your partner cashed the CA, so
it's unlikely that you hold trump Jxxx and doubled -- that
would be rather suicidal. So commiting to a first round
finesse is a bit too rich. Therefore if you double was real,
you'll need to have all the trumps. But in that case there's
no legitimate line as you have both 8 and 7 and trump coup
doesn't work due to lack of dummy entries.

singleton SK, doubleton Qx, or the actual Jxx, the declarer may face
a trump guess. The double is a "misleading double" or a "greek gift",
which try to persuade the declarer that I held the long trumps. One can
easily knew that dummy has two suits, D and H, and short in spade. So
the declarer may face a trump guess, and if some Q was outside, he may
also guessed wrongly.

of trumps and fell the SJ.
The CA lead is necessary if there had been any chance to beat
this redoubled contract. Otherwise the Club loser will be discarded
on the H winner in the dummy.
But the CA lead did give some hints to the declarer: 1) The doubler
didn't have any A; 2) the doubler didn't have expected D void either;
3) why East doubled this contract without a A or a void ? Could it be
based on a 4 or 5 trumps with SJ ?

对于好手, 一定要谨慎.
对于比较差的, 则相反, 往往得找一个不x的理由.

But psychologically one will more likely speculate a double
holding nothing at all rather than a trump combination with
1 potential winner and nothing outside. So in this case,
this double actually gives away key information. Not
recommended in high competition.
BTW just out of pure curiosity, who's that guy? Garozzo?
Reigning champions from Italy probably would be too busy to
play on-line?

playing okbridge who just won 2000's Olympiad for Italy.
He's one of the best players now.
I played against him twice in MP games, won quite a few.
Garozzo plays about 100 boards at OKB every week as well.
But scheduling a game with him is hard.
I met Mashall Miles, Hardy there too. Seems playing bridge on line
becomes more and more popular among top players. I just finished
Mashall Miles competitive bidding in 21st Century, where he used
a lot of boards coming from O

It happens more often in MP game I think. Anyway, whom you are doubling
is extremely important. hehe.
