Thanks for looking at this post. I live in a 3-bedroom apartment in the West
End complex, which is literally across the street from the MGH campus (5
minutes walk to MGH station), but two of my friends have relocated. The new
lease period begins on 9/7, but the room is available for 9/1 move in.
I am a 26 year old male professional who has lived in this unit for 2 years
now and have really enjoyed the conveniences of the building and its
proximity to everything in Boston. The other roommate is a male surgeon who
is doing a fellowship at MGH for the foreseeable future.
Looking for a roommate who is a similarly aged male or female professional
who is outgoing, respectful, clean, and can pay the rent in full and on time
. Your room will have a great view overlooking the Charles River / Zakim
Bridge; the room is unfurnished, however, my friend is planning on selling
his bed frame and mattress, so it can be yours if he doesn't sell it on
Craigslist first. You will also be sharing the second bathroom, but you
should have no conflicts with, for example, your morning shower as the other
roommate works extremely long days / overnights and you will probably never
see him (since I rarely have since he's moved in). Heat and hot water are
included in the rent, but electricity, TV/internet, and renter's insurance (
required by the state) will add about $55 - $60 per month.
Please respond to this classified and I can give you more details about the
room, and we can arrange to meet in person for a live tour and see if we'd
