seminar, we have invited Attorney Mr. William Soo Hoo of the Law Offices of
William Soo Hoo P.C., to cover certain immigration work authorization
related legal issues.

Who qualifies as an H-1 employer Department of labor (DOL)
What is a prevailing wage as opposed to an actual wage and which one must
be reported to the DOL on the LCA)
