I am looking to sublet my apartment since I am moving closer to work which
is in Wilmington MA. I would like to sublet on the 1st of July 2013. THE
DATE IS NEGOTIABLE but I prefer this date. My lease expires on the 8th of
December 2013.
LOCATION
1) Conveniently located on the Malden/Revere/Saugus, MA line.
2) Serviced by bus routes 426/W and 428 (Haymarket Stattion, and 429 (Stop
and Shop, Northgate Plaza and Square One mall)
3) Easy access to Rt.1 ~10minutes into Boston or ~15minutes to Logan
International Airport.
4) Unit is in the main building leasing office facing the quarry which is
very quiet. Gym, basketball, family play room, etc all located within
building.
5) One exit away from Square One Mall shopping
6) One mile walking distance to Super Stop and Shop. Rite Aid, Walgreens and
Showcase cinemas along the way.
SUBLET INCLUDES
1) High Speed internet and direct TV
2) Designated covered parking (yay no shoveling. Management is diligent in
snow removal)
3) Excellent maintenance (used them to fix garbage disposal and replace
lights)
4) Free shuttle pass to oak grove and Gov't center (Govt temporarily stopped
due to Boston bombing)
