(2) Only present the adjusted R square. It is at least not worse than

required.

但是square的意思是：“an open place or area formed at the meeting of two or
more streets” 就是道路交叉口的一块空间，所以时代广场叫times square无可厚非
，以及它附近的madison square，都是交叉路口的一片空地而已，并不“广”，是你们
中国人非要把人家翻译成广场然后又翻过来嗤笑美国的广场之狭小，真是愚蠢。
同理，把天安门广场叫TAM Square也是抹杀了广场的光辉形象，实在英语里没有恰当词
汇，就应该翻译成Guangchang，但绝对不是square！ |

位于journal square, jersey city, 离journal square的 path/bus 站两个街区。 为
两层房子，共有三个房间，现有大小两个房间空置，大的14个平方左右，380/月。小的
8各平方左右，280/月。水电气平摊，大概30刀左右。一楼为客厅，厨房，餐厅，二楼
为卧室，卫生间。有床，mattress 和 frame 为一年新，卧室有简单家具，空
调，衣柜。有冰箱，洗衣机，沙发等。 现在即可以入住。
要求：一年的合同，一个半月押金

公交仅半分钟。周围便利店、餐馆很多，生活很方便，步行10分钟可到Stop&Shop（可
坐公交车，2分钟），12分钟到Assembly Square Mall Shopping Center（公交车仅4分
钟），有TJMAXX，KMart，Bed Bath and Beyord，Home Depot等。
从Sullivan Square地铁站至Community College 2分钟，HayMarket仅6分钟，Downtown
、ChinaTown仅10分钟，NEU 17分钟。Sullivan Square地铁站有10多路公交车，到
Cambridge，MIT，Harvard，Tufts都非常方便。
室友都是中国学生，人好相处。
