An inspector's quality can vary a lot from one to the other. The worst
inspector I had was for the last condo I purchased. There was some serious
structure issue and the guy didn't detect it. His name is Pat McBratney from
Tiger inspection. He used to be an electrician and knew nothing about
structure. I don't know how Tiger inspection can have such low quality home
inspector. | i***7 发帖数: 40 | 2 Quality can vary a lot for attorney too. You would think that the real
estate law is pretty much standard and that the service shouldn't vary much.
Wrong. A good attorney is very meticulous and you can trust 100%. For a so
so attorney, you have to read every line of his draft to make sure that he
doesn't miss anything or mess things up.
