Responsibilities:
1. Lead on R&D long-term strategic planning and innovation
2. Lead on streamlining company’s DNA technology platforms and
production processes
3. Responsible for annual R & D planning and budgeting
4. Oversee patent applications and company intellectual property
portfolio building and expansion
5. Supervise and manage R & D team overall business performance on R&D
projects
6. High sensitivity and acumen about the industry trends and market new
changes; initiate and develop effective plans and strategies of technology
development
7. Communicate and collaborate with the company's business units
Qualifications:
• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Life Science, preferably
Molecular Biology, synthetic biology or other related disciplines
• At Least three years working experience in molecular/gene
synthesis, such as oligo, peptide, protein synthesis, modification, and
characterization
• Overseas working experience preferred
• Must be able to travel internationally |
