We have an opening for a talented Senior Research Associate (temporary
position) to join Discovery Immunology department at Genentech/Roche. The
successful candidate will utilize molecular biology, biochemistry, and in
vivo animal models, as well as cutting edge techniques to understand the
autoimmune pathogenesis pathways in inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). The
project is to support a late-stage clinical trial with animal mechanism of
action study. Animal handling experience is a must to have. Research
experience with mouse inflammatory bowel diseases is highly desired.
A Ph.D. in Immunology or Molecular Biology is required. Candidates will have
a proven working knowledge of a broad range of immunology principle and
techniques (FACS, western blotting, and primary lymphocyte isolation).
