小弟2月申的NCI K99，6月下旬拿到impact score 14。感觉这个分应该能过payline,
但是昨天看了summary statement, training in RCR 一项unacceptable。查了NIH的网
站，说是 【Regardless of the impact/priority score, applications with
unacceptable plans will not be funded until the applicant provides an
acceptable, revised plan.】
问题就在这个【revised plan】, 是不是指正式的A1-resubmission。因为我刚过了4年
postdoc的期限，无法递交A1了。这样是不是说我拿不到这个K99了？已经给PO写信，但
是今天还没回音。着急想知道答案。就是想问问有没有人知道虽然RCR是unacceptable
，不需要把整个package resubmit就能拿到NIH funding（比如说在JUST IN TIME DOC
里提交也行）。 |

phone call. Ask PO in the phone about how to resubmit RCR. In the
instruction for RCR, you basically follow each line of the instruction.
write down the trainings you have done, the scheduled trainings you will do.
write down your institute and department has a established protocol for RCR
training. Write down your plan or already taken courses for RCR online.
Basically follow the instruction and fill up the one page. Be detailed on
timing and courses. write down the 9 elelements of RCR and how you are
enforcing your own RCR. |

谢谢详尽回复。
我问PO能不能给他电话，没有直接回应。不过他给我发了提交RCR的instruction。貌似
没有问题。再次感谢。
回信是这样的：
Please send me a revised Plan for Instruction in the Responsible Conduct of
Research (PDF) (through your AOR/ signing official) in November.
Consult the Notice http://grants1.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-OD-10-019.html for detailed requirements.
