不上，但是western之前都做了protein quantification了，是有蛋白的呀。。。。。

发帖数: 446 | 3 If i used whole cell lysis ( with our cell fractionation), i saw very
abundance of protein bands with the stain of ponceau S. However, after i
fractionated the sample, it seems nothing can be detected, even in the
cytosol. I have no idea why. 难道cyto/nucleus被抽出来的过程会使得蛋白降解？
