发帖数: 8 | 1 去年刚毕业，现在本实验室做博后，本来打算换个地方做两年博后再看（同时也在找
non-tenure track的职位），现在有个机会是上海同济大学一个由海外教授领导的小组
找人去做wet lab的co-PI，给副教授或者副研。他们那边已经做了三年，做得还不错，
funding也多，去了的话主要在PI指导下负责做wet lab，发文章挂一作，可以申青年资
金。
我很矛盾啊，我现在是做sequencing和后续analysis，其实我本来是想尽量往分析方面
做，不是很想做wet lab。再者国内生活环境和在上海生活的压力也有点心理障碍。但
是我又比较恋家，想回咱自己国家，觉得这是个机会啊。以后回国大概只会越来越难的
吧。
还有就是副教授跟副研到底有多大差呢？
有人能谈谈想法么？谢谢。 |

当然，如果你擅长忽悠，擅长搞关系，那是如鱼得水，如果不擅长，即使回去也要在美

国内grant大项目只能申请3次，所以要用你的名字去申请，除此之外你就是个博后 |

who are willing to share credit and nurture trainees...Personally, I see it
is a water and board...I know likely most won't believe it as my friends
laughed about it...when I say I care a lot about the career goals and like
to think about the exit plans when I am to hire someone...Not sure where I
would be five ys later, but as far as I am now, I think this is the No2
priority in my lab with No1 being to survive...

我不否认象你这样的人存在，这样的我也见过不少，确实很佩服,但是国内的水实在很
浑。。。想认真搞科研谈何容易
