发帖数: 627 | 4 I guess peptide column http://www.gelifesciences.com/aptrix/upp01077.nsf/Content/Products?OpenDocument&moduleid=165421 should be able to separate most peptide from DTT or BME unless your peptide is only a few mer. |

My peptide is 26 AA long, but I still worry DTT may not be completely
removed.
