picture. The antibody is very good. While I just can not get evenly
distributed signal. There is no bubble during transfer. Does anyone has

个人经验是sample盐浓度不一样,跑的时候会把有些Lane压成火箭形,到后面就是一个点 |

发帖数: 137 | 6 i guess the problem is staining of antibody is not even. Could you immerse
the membrane in antibody solution, and shake at 4c overnight? also shake in
2nd antibody. |
