俺们team急需Sr.DA两人，办h1b,绿卡原则上给办，具体不清楚，俺也在等待中。
1.任何quantitative field的phd都可以申请，化学，物理，生物，工程，商学院都可
以。只有master的话，要1-2年experience。
2.俺refer成功会有bonus，这个bonus不是给被refered，如果觉得unfair，请不要继续
读下去了。
3.俺们这通常是有standard的recruit process，但是这次俺们team的director和
manager会亲自上阵interview，很快。
4.简历请签单明了，写清楚自己做过的project就行了。
5.pay的不高，65k+，depend经验。
6.地区是Virginia
7.请发doc format的resume到r*********[email protected]。 格式不要太fancy，否者俺贴
不到公司的内部系统中。
8.基本上会SQL而且熟练就可以，unix，teradata，sas，c++是plus。

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• 1 year experience with Microsoft Excel and Access
• 1 year data analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum of BS/BA in a quantitative major (i.e. business, Mathematics
, Engineering, Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Science)
from a leading university
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• 3 to 5+ years of related analyst experience including but not
limited to academia, consulting, financial services or information
technology industries
• Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while working
independently and in teams
• Ability to lead small teams to complete data and reporting
improvement projects |
