些蛋白（可以控制在２０％内， 本来蛋白测浓度也不准）， 如果测相对值， 都损
失也就无所谓了， 需要精确的活， 做一个ｃｏｎｔｒｏｌ看损失了多少。
western最多半定量， 不信你跑两个差１０％的样品， 根本看不出区别。。。 |

ms第一步就是TCA precipitation

bradford也必须做标准曲线的。
大部分市面上卖的bradford kit 不能用在超过0.1% SDS的场合

简单，而且容易回收，前提是没有加loading dye.
