• Ph.D. or Master in pharmaceutical sciences, immunology, biology
or a related field
• Minimum of 4 (Ph.D.) or 7 years (Master) of experience in assay
development for large molecules
• Experience with GLP is a must
• Familiar with pharmaceutical R&D process
• Demonstrate capability and confidence to build, train and lead a
group
• Hands-on experience with ELISA, EIA, and qRT-PCR methodologies;
strong interest and demonstrated skills with state-of-art equipment such as
Biacore, Luminex, MSD, etc.
• Experience with small molecule bioanalysis is a plus
• Good interpersonal communication skills; be able to effectively
share key ideas at meetings which have significant impact

ELISA， EIA， RT-PCR 等根本不属于bioanalytical,而且不是顺手就能学会的

Set up bioanalytical lab for biologicals (therapeutic proteins, SiRNA,
peptide and antibodies) to support drug discovery projects
Serve as an internal expert to design, develop and validate assays to
measure biological drugs, their targets, or antidrug antibody (ADA) in blood
samples from nonclinical and clinical studies
Build a quality system for bioanalytical sciences group to generate GLP
compliant data to support preclinical and early clinical development
projects
Prepare, review or approve assay validation and bioanalytical reports and
present data to project team and management
Represent the DMPK function to work with global functional groups or CROs
for bioanalysis related activities, such as method transfer, validation,
report preparation and review, etc.
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff in DMPK&Safety department
