Can anyone explain the cell-autonomous pro-oncogenic roles of NF-kb pathways
? I sort of want to follow the hypothesis or model that one gene I am
working on might activate NF-kB, which then inducs pro-apopototic proteins
like Mcl-1, and consequently confers resistance to certain target therapy.
Not sure it is worth pursing this direction. Any suggestion is appreciated! |
