I have a project which is near the end. But it is missing a last experiment
and I am looking for someone who can co-operate to finish it. This
experiment is to determine the yeast mating switch percentages in mother and
daughter cells when a wild type or mutant gene is introduced to the genome.
I don't have any experience and I am also reluctant to spend many efforts
to learn the technique,so I am here looking for someone who can help. (You
will be the 2nd author of the paper in the end).Thank y
