结构也不是 screen也可以算是不是 总而言之就是sequencing没什么特别的 既不特
别牛也不特别差

that is just a toy for bioinfo guys
you can hardly assemble a new large genome with reasonable accuracy
using SSRs

一般现在大家de novo用454足够了
re-sequencing用illumina的机器
今年pacific bioscience就要上市了
