其实是太多人涌进DS，R比较难学，python容易上手，于是pandas起来了。
就我的经验，exploratory data analysis, python系列全面弱于R系列。当然ML，训练
模型是另一回事。
R的data.table比pandas强太多了，pandas作者说了，内存需要是数据量的5-10倍。我
用data.table远没有这么夸张。

别是怎么处理的？

而MySQL似乎内部直接处理了。文中的代码没有分批处理的大小size参数，是default的
么？
另外，在一个10GB的数据库里，搜索一个Name field里，名字叫"Mark"的一行，需要费
时多长呢？
怎么估计呢？
是不是估计软件要把这个数据文件分几部分load进memory，然后加上memory搜索的时间。

感觉dict是其成功的主要因素。
不要call collections，一个{}就出来了。
与json的完美结合。
各种各样的玩法都是time constant。
等等。
pandas的data frame 不支持nested value，时间格式是numpy的。也不知道怎么算时间
和空间。
当然这些都不重要。
原来有个同事想用pandas做个小项目，他试了几次装pandas到red hat linux就没有下
文了。
如果都这么麻烦，就没人愿意用python 了。 |
