发帖数: 2818 | 2 first, i could be ignorant but as far as I know RNA-seq is not there yet...
still in research phase...and all the so called RNA-Seq in seminars etc are
indeed cDNA-seq...nonetheless, RNA-seq is going to be there hopefully soon
and shall much advantage over cDNA-seq...
