q*****n 发帖数: 331	1 If I have two genes, A and B. Using real time RT-PCR, in the same cell lines , the Ct value of A is about 22, and the ct value of B is about 28. 每个基因各用两套primer sets，都得到相同的结果。我能说基因A表达量比B高吗？有没有网站讲这个的呀？谢谢
