consistent. Sometimes they spread out individually (great), but sometimes
they clump up as clusters. It looks like a coating problem. I coated with
poly-D-lysine at 0.1mg/ml overnight and washed with water twice and then
10ug/ml laminin coating overnight. After that, wash by water twice and dried.
Anyone has suggestion about a coating technique that is consistent with cell
spreading (not clumping)?
