警车标志:
1. Top light (flashing or ready)
2. Car shape (like taxi) and color pattern on both sides
3. Various kinds of little flashing devices (blue and shining)
4. Many and long antenna on the outside.
5. One single person in car, looks like a cop not a elder citizen.
Whenever I see such any kind of car, I'm alert.
And never speeding too much when you are the only one on the road.
Safe to speed when you are sure no one behind can see you or you are

I was once stopped by an unmarked Camaro that has
red/blue behind its rear-view mirror. I passed it,
it followed me for almost 5 min and then pulled me
over. Also, in TX, the state troopers' cars have
black paint on the side but white paint on hood.
When you pass it you think it's a black car and
when it catches up with you, you see a white car.
To be sure to avoid a ticket, you need start from
the most conservative:
(1) Only speed in daytime
