Tx Accessory 598
Acquisition Fee 925
Document Fee 599
State Tax 1722.94
Luxury Tax 237.80
如果lease中间车万一total，比如第10个月车报废，上述费用剩下26个月没付的金额，
会要补缴么？还是说也都可以免了？ 我个人的理解是这些费用都是Dealer提前垫付，
如果免了，是不是dealer亏大了？NJ销售税是一开始就按lease value部分计算和收取
的，跟大部分州按月不太一样，所以有此一问。

发帖数: 210 | 2 你肯定要买全保的，for leased vehicle. 这是BMW financial services mandatory
requirement. Probably you need to buy GAP insurance too if you want to stay
on the safe side. 剩下26个月没付的金额是保险公司付，如果有差额，GAP
insurance cover. Dealer不亏钱，因为一般车是underwriting financing bank owned
, 你每个月付钱是给提供给你的financing的bank或者 BMW financial services 付钱
，和dealer没有毛关系。
