发帖数: 590 | 1 看到最近版上一直有lease的讨论，跟风说两句，如果有理解不对的地方请多指教
首先，lease和finance对于dealer来说，拿的钱应该是一样的，就是谈好的价格
区别在于lease的话，车是leasing company买的，finance的话是银行买的，你都不算
真正拥有这车，lease和finance各有优缺点，个人认为不是简单的算一下current
value就能客观比较了
lease的优势：
1.lease因为你只是贷了车价的一部分，所以税少，贷款少，如果term比较长的话，月
供相对会低一些。
2.很多公司可以让你提前几个月结束lease，如果你lease一辆同样牌子的车。这样会让
你的deal更便宜
3.结束lease的时候，你可以选择以当初定好的residual value买这辆车，所以相对于
一开始就finance买车，lease到期再买损失的只是lease期间的利率，但多了一个
option，更flexible
3.如果lease结束，不打算买，就相当于finance之后再trade in，但是trade in的价格
是一开始就定下来的，少了些麻烦，和被dealer压价的不定因素
4.lease还车之前会有人给你做inspection，决定有没有charge。个人经验是，一般给
你估的价格会比外面修便宜，而且很多东西都不检查，比如各个部件的磨损，窗子和门
能不能开关，纯粹是外观上的东西，有没有划痕，凹陷之类的。这一块相对不是很注意
保养的买家，还是能省一些开销的
lease的劣势：
1.里程受限制，residual value会根据里程限制变化。但其实对于平时不用开车上班的
人，这个会让他们拿到更好的deal。
2.lease的利率高于finance。这个是很多人认为lease不如finance的主要原因。好在如
果有small business的人，利率可以抵税，所以差别也没有那么大了
3.lease有些额外的费用，比如开始要交bank fee，还车有个300多的deposit fee。但
finance也会有些lease没有的费用，个人没有finance过，所以还没法比较，估摸着差
不了多少
4.lease的保险有最低要求，所以保费会高一些。个人经验，这些要求都不过分，保费
差不了多少，对于买好车的人来说，就算finance，估计也会买好一点的保险
综上所述，lease车相对于finance来说，是多买了一个option，option的cost是你在利
率上稍微多付了一点point。不知道理解的对不对，请各位轻拍 |

lease 完的车，dealer看一下，好的，留着自己卖，差一点的，有其他公司收着。
有个哥们，lease 完了，还有16000km 没有跑完，也不退钱，买下来的话，好象也不合
算，这个算亏了。
俺的一个 lease，还的时候，还剩下 10km，最后几天都算着公里数开了。

不过lease不一定就是还到买的那家

1) You only pay sales tax on the depreciation/financing part, instead of on
the total selling price. In certain states (e.g. CA), trade-ins don't reduce
your sales tax on the new car purchase. So if you turn over your cars often
, leasing can save you quite a lot on sales tax alone.
2) Tax deduction (if you have a business) is simpler and faster. Purchased
cars can also have tax deduction, but it's more complicated and slower.
3) If the residual value is high, it can beat private trade-ins. For example
, BMW sedans' residual value is quite high, in the 60%~65% range for 3 year
leasing (note it's a percentage of the original MSRP, so it's an even higher
percentage of the selling price). I doubt you can get this much resell
value yourself. They set such high residual values because they run very
successful CPO programs.
4) You are driving a new car with full warranty and maybe maintenance
covered as well.
Leasing disadvantages:
1) There are more fees, mainly acquisition and disposition fees.
2) If the residual value is low, it can be more expensive to lease than to
own. In fact, for most makers/models, the residual values are typically too
low (compare to the actual resell value you can get). For example, even for
BMW, their SUVs' 3-year residual value is only 55% or so.
Neither advantages nor disadvantages:
1) Interest
The interest rate is usually the same or close enough between leasing and
financing.
2) Mileage
Leasing is less flexible on the mileage for sure. But the penalty for going
over the limit is very low. For BMW, it's $0.2/mile, which is probably even
less than the actual depreciation from the extra miles. Can a $50000 BMW
have a 250k miles life? |

发帖数: 3217 | 9 基本同意。关于残值评论两句。现在市面上3年后残值能到50%的就不错了，bmw的残值
计算很有良心了，大家可以看看2万多刀买的accord LX三年后值多少钱，这也是为什么
我觉得现在bmw的lease program值得跳的原因
