Recently, I had a small collision with a car.
My father in law drove the car. He is visiting us from China. He has driver
license from China but no US driver license.
The other driver has report a claim to my insurance company. I got call from
insurance company and they said they need to talk to my father in law, but
we haven't got call after a few days.
My insurance is only liability. In this case, do I need to file the
insurance claim with other driver's insurance company? If not, and if it is
determined that it is not my father in law's responsibility, would my
insurance company file claim with other's insurance company? | c**d 发帖数: 3888 | 2 You don't need to file a claim with other driver's insurance unless you have
good reason to believe they're at fault.
Your own insurance company won't subrogate (file claim with other insurance)
either because you carry liability only. |
