发帖数: 12623 | 2 There are different parts of "insurance". "Liability" insurance means pay
other people (never you) for your fault. "Collision" insurance means pay you
regardless of fault (but you have to first pay a deductible).
Everybody has liability insurance, but not everybody has collision insurance
. You must first say what you have.
You must either claim against the other person's liability insurance (if you
think it's their fault) or your own collision insurance (if you have it).
You never claim against your own liability insurance (because it's not for
paying you). |
