if the term is <= 36 mo and mile allowance is >=10k/year, i think it's a
good deal
if you can negotiate off the one grand down pay then it's a very hot deal |

do i need to ask the interest rate?
for the down pay, you mean 4000 is better? but this is take over lease, is
that possible to change that?

他的意思是你再跟对方砍一下,只takeover,不给他一千块钱.

outstanding monthly payment to MBFS.
your monthly payment has been fixed at 490 so no need to ask interest rate
as it doesn't matter
he paid 5k up front (if he hadn't done that, the monthly payment would have
been higher than the current 490/mo) and he's asking you to pay him back
only 1k. where does the 4k in your post come from? Basically he's trying to
recollect some of his downpay. my suggestion was for you to negotiate with
him to lower the 1k payment he's asking for.

when i take over a lease, we should go the dealer to sign documents. right?
since the month pay is fixed, so i cannot change anything on the lease.
the only thing i can have is about that $1k, correct?

发帖数: 1739 | 7 dealer has nothing to do with the transfer. you sign a transfer agreement
and MBFS will review and approve it.
dealer sells cars. MBFS finances.
You can ask the original owner to subsidize you on the monthly payment in
addition to waiving the 1k down pay. anything is negotiable but the
negotiation is only between you and the original owner. MBFS just collects
490 per month till the contract expires.
