Lease for a Corolla is usually not a good choice except the leasing terms
are extremely good. I'm not sure how much the residue is set for, but its
depreciation is not that bad. Particularly the old car market is good now -
you might be able to sell for a price not too lower than the new car price
after the leasing terms expires.
