第一,说谎
Idon't need to tell how much I pay for the part.
第二,不知轻重
that not call business no need to 口口相传.
第三,自我定位不准
没有人认为你比dealer还可靠,水平比正规店还好,you never know.
会找你的人都是图你便宜, who told you. I have very good customers.
they come back not just because I'm cheaper than outside.
第四,宣传手段有问题
你宣传自己的手段就是便宜,I never told them I charge low. but averge, can
not compare to those Mexician mechanic. But give them warranty on paper
write down.
you think you know how to run busineses? haha...
So far, most of my customers are American, so far so good.
they know what they want, also know what I can do for them.
what you pay what you get.
