单有统一要求吗？是不是自己准备中英文对应的成绩单，让学校盖章就好了？听说， NZ
还要求成绩单的公证和认证， 这怎么做呀 | j******n

if your transcript was got from archives department in photocopies, certain
certification would be necessary, ask notary offices to do that

if in China, if your family know people inside, just bring the original ones
to notary office, otherwise you may write a letter to authorise they do it on
bahalf of you.
if overseas, Chinese embassy or consular can do this, if you don't like bother
them, you need ask a authorised translator (NAATI in Australia) to translate
them first then they or other JP can certify them

行了。另外，JP CERTIFY是否相当于公证NOTORY呢？
另外，我有几年前出国前办的无犯罪公证，大使馆是否可帮忙公证成最新的呢？因为NZ
移民需无犯罪公证LESS THAN 6MONTHS。我这几年也没回中国，但他们还需最近半年的。
真麻烦。

无犯罪公证 should be new, so you need redo it
i am not sure 大使馆 may do it as it requires you provide archives
