make sense...rules, regulations, ASOPS....
To me, having solid memorization on top of understanding the material (as
much as I could) is a time saver on the exam that I can just quickly write
down the list without having to think about what to write. This allows me
more time to do the calculation problems that requires more than 3 minutes
per point.

发帖数: 1582 | 9 I will share my strategy in detail after I finish my exam in November.
In short, if you do not want to read the books from start to finish this is
what I did:
- Read thru all the cards and look up books if you do not understand a card,
make notes on the cards as you go through the process.
- Make a "list of list" so you could visually see hundards of cards on one
page without having to flip through each one. Also, label the cards that you
feel are important. (For example, Canada vs. USA)
- When memorizing, have a study manual next to you (grasp card + MATE manual
is a good combo) to help you streamline the cards that are relevent to each
other. For example, card 10 has list 1,2,3,4,5 and card 11-13 are really a
more detailed explanation of item 1,2,3 from card 10.
